The Innovation that bring the changes

To overcome all the issues, CARSDA has decided to bring unique curriculum and courses along with M/s. E-Kids Solution Private Limited, which will bring a result rather than just teaching at the same time we need to use the locally available resources.

We can create job opportunity for the local talents particularly for women by enhancing their skill through our innovative training methodologies and to make sure that they are delivering the best result as per our expectations and objective.

Impact of the innovation on the Base of the Pyramid Population

Through our innovative Teaching Enhancement Skill development programs, we select under privileged women from the village and train them well to bring the quality outcome from the students.

Rural Women Examiners Direct Beneficiary. We select graduated women from the nearby villages and train them with structured question and answer mode in order to interact with the kids. Special short term communicative program will be taught to them. Structured and pre defined assessment questionnaire will be given to the Examiners. The school children will be assessed by these Examiners.
Rural Women Trainer Direct Beneficiary. Qualified women from the nearby villages will be selected for this post and Special Teaching Enhancement Training will be provided.
Rural Women School Teachers Direct Beneficiary. Psychological concept training will be provided to all the teachers by the top level executives. Regular periodical training will be given to the school teachers. The rural school teachers along with Rural Women Trainer from the company will take the classes for the school children
Rural School Children Direct Beneficiary. Students will be trained with innovative curriculum to improve their academic based soft skill.
